AquaPro pH Buffer will effectively lower pH and alkalinity (KH). AquaPro pH Buffer safely decreases pH in freshwater communities and planted aquariums. Does not contain phosphate.
AquaPro pH Buffer will gradually decrease alkalinity in water (tap water or aquarium water itself).
Useful for decreasing the pH of aquarium water when establishing acidic water conditions in a biotope aquarium, stimulating the onset of the rainy season, or for encouraging spawning in fish species indigenous to low-pH environment
Direction:
Use 2g for 80L water daily until the desired pH is reached (this dose lowers alkalinity by around 0.2 meq/L (0.6 dKH)
