Description
AquaPro Nitrite & Nitrate Test Kit measures two important parameters in the nitrogen cycle: nitrite (NO₂) and nitrate (NO₃). Nitrite may rise while cycling is incomplete or biological filtration is unstable, while nitrate can accumulate over time from feeding, livestock waste and organic matter.
Regular NO₂ and NO₃ testing helps evaluate biological filtration and nutrient conditions. Nitrite target in a stable system is 0 ppm. Nitrite range: 0–1.0 ppm. Nitrate range: 0–100 ppm. Includes up to 50 tests for each parameter.
