AquaPro Gold Buffer is a non-phosphate buffer that keeps goldfish at the optimal pH while not promoting algae growth. AquaPro Gold Buffer elevates pH and buffers between 7.2 and 7.8 depending on dosage. It is gentle, harmless, and beneficial to the freshwater ecosystem. Sodium, potassium, magnesium, and other bicarbonate salts are present.
Direction:
Use 1 level teaspoon for every 40 L daily until the desired pH is reached. If water is soft or not well-buffered, use half the dose. Will slowly raise pH. It will not lower the pH. It may be added directly to the aquarium at any time. It preferentially buffers at pH 7.8, but can manage any pH between 7.2 and 7.8.
