AquaPro CarbonActive+ is a premium-grade granular activated carbon with a high internal surface area for efficient adsorption of dissolved organic compounds, discoloration, medication residues, and other impurities that can reduce water clarity.
The carbon is steam-activated rather than phosphoric-acid activated, so it does not introduce phosphate from the activation process. It is suitable for freshwater, marine, and reef filtration, including mixed-reef and low-nutrient systems where high water clarity is required.
Rinse before use and replace the media when adsorption capacity is exhausted.
